The Deckhouse, Cottage Point is a two – level private retreat resting on the banks of Cowan Creek with direct water access, 180 degree views and a sunny NW aspect.

The Panoramic views of the river and beyond enter the open plan entry level. Beautifully decorated with a small yet fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The living space is awash with natural light, with floor to ceiling doors leading onto the balcony and daybed. The perfect place to relax and watch the boats pass by.

Outdoor stairs take you down to the lower level, where you will step straight onto the deck and pontoon. Launch the kayaks, bask in the sun, or start up the BBQ. The second bedroom and bathroom are also located on the lower level, with a small kitchenette for ease of access to the outdoor dining area.

The Deckhouse is a modern two level boat house resting on the banks of Cowan Creek, a sub catchment of the Hawkesbury River. Less than an hour from Sydney’s CBD. It is available for those wishing to enjoy the beauty of the area. Bush walk, fish, hire a boat, kayak, enjoy beautiful meals from the local restaurants or simply lay on the daybed and watch the boats pass by.
